Why Mood Bears? Because big feelings need a starting point.
Children don’t always have the words to explain how they feel. Mood Bears gives them somewhere to begin; with a character they can hold, connect with and talk about.
Our eight emotion bears make feelings tangible, offering school staff a friendly way to open conversations, explore emotions and listen to each child’s experience.
As a Mood Bears in Education franchisee, you’ll bring this approach to schools in your area. Through school packs and staff training, you’ll help educators introduce the programme while building your own business with purpose.
Your business. Bringing Mood Bears to schools.
As a Mood Bears in Education franchisee, you’ll build relationships with schools in your agreed territory, introduce the programme and sell school packs.
Every school order includes a full set of all eight Mood Bears and a manual, supplied directly to the school by us.
You can then offer staff training in a format that suits each school:
• Full-day training
• Twilight sessions
• CPD sessions
You focus on connecting with schools and delivering training. We supply the bears and manual.
Your journey to becoming a franchisee
It starts with a conversation. After your enquiry, we’ll arrange a chat and interview to get to know you, answer your questions and explore whether the opportunity is right for both sides.
We’ll check that your proposed territory is available. Once accepted, you’ll join a cohort for three days of training:
Day 1 — Train the Trainer
Develop your approach to delivering training and engaging school staff.
Days 2 & 3 — Mood Bears in Education
Explore the bears, programme and manual, and learn how to introduce them to schools.
Following training, you’ll begin approaching schools in your agreed territory, selling school packs and offering full-day, twilight or CPD training.
Could you be our next franchisee?
Do you care about children’s emotional wellbeing, enjoy connecting with people and want to build a business with purpose?
We’re looking for motivated people who feel confident approaching schools, building relationships and leading engaging staff training.
Your background might be in education, childcare, training or business. Through our enquiry and interview process, we’ll explore your experience, your ambitions and whether Mood Bears in Education is the right fit for you.
Bring your enthusiasm and commitment. Start by telling us a little about yourself.
Help school staff bring Mood Bears to life
The bears start the conversation. Your training helps school staff explore how to use them.
As a franchisee, you can offer full-day training, twilight sessions or CPD sessions, helping staff get to know the characters and use the programme and manual in their setting.
It’s an opportunity to combine relationship-building with practical training, introducing schools to Mood Bears and helping educators feel confident taking the next step.
