Standard Delivery:
- Cost: £3.28 (FREE for orders over £40 for mainland UK addresses)
- Despatch Time: 1 working day
Priority Despatch:
- Cost: £4.38
- Despatch Time: 1 working day
Priority Despatch Details:
- Order before 1pm for same-day despatch with next-day courier service.
- Orders placed after 1pm, on Fridays, or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
- Note: Some remote UK postcodes may not qualify for next-day courier services, but we will use the fastest service possible.
Returns Policy
We offer a No Quibble Returns Policy to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your Mood Bear purchase.
How to Return:
- Return Period: Within 14 days for a full refund.
Conditions:
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items must be undamaged and in new condition with tags.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

- Send your item back with your order details and refund/exchange request.
- Return postage fees are at your own cost unless otherwise stated.
