Our Standard Delivery service ensures that your MoodBear arrives within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Shipping charges for Standard Delivery are based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout. 

Express Delivery (UK only) 

For those who can't wait to receive their new best friend, we offer an Express Delivery service. Orders placed with Express Delivery will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that additional charges apply for this expedited service. 

International Delivery: 

European Delivery 

We are pleased to offer shipping to most European countries. European deliveries typically take 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be. 

Worldwide Delivery 

MoodBears can travel the globe! We offer international shipping to various countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but generally take 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be. 

Dispatch Times: 

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. 

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. 

Shipping Charges:
